Racial trauma is a very real and tangible things that Black and Brown people suffer from. Unfortunately, many may not recognize they are suffering from racial trauma. In this conversation, Marielle talks to Dr. Juliette McClendon about what racial trauma is, the symptoms of it, how we can heal from it and how resources to help educate us more on the topic.
