Marie-Claire Chartrand is the founder of Greywave Senior Consulting. Greywave offers clients practical plans which help them meet changing needs. Experience shows that you have to be flexible in meeting client needs. They talk to adult children, providing guidance and coaching about how to best help Mom and Dad. Sometimes they consult with adult children first, before recommending a plan to their parents. Often, they work directly with seniors to meet their needs.
