When I coach my clients, I always like to lead by example. Before recommending a book to any of my clients, I always read it first, implement something useful I have learned from it, and then recommend it. In this case, it was different. I recommended a book to Vivian to help her create a morning and evening routine. After devouring the book, she said, "I found another one that complements everything I learned from 'The Miracle Morning.' It’s called 'Sleep Smarter'." Because I have this rule of leading by example, I hurried to read this book and followed her lead to implement the tips the author provides. It really changed my life, and now this book is one of my regular recommendations to my coaching clients on their path to self-growth.

At the same time, Vivian was doing great implementing the learnings from the books she was reading. I decided to invite her to share with all of you the benefits of creating a morning and evening routine, and we are going to delve deep into the concepts learned from the book 'Sleep Smarter.'
