This week’s guest is Hannah Doran. Hannah teaches Seminar, a leadership course that teaches students who have historically struggled to engage find success in school and develop the tools to become self-directed leaders of their own learning.
She discusses more about this course and how she supports students in our interview. She also talk about what strategies she uses to help students set goals and monitor their progress in reaching these goals. Hannah also discusses some helpful approaches to starting off our school year remotely in order to continue to prioritize building relationships with students virtually in response to some of the things she’s learned in the spring.
