Martin went on a little holiday with the partner to Austria. He was able to grab a couple of beers while here was there and bring them back for the show. Stift Engelszell Gregorius 2024 is an annual release. This is a Belgian quadrupel coming in at a big 10.4% ABV. It's an interesting entry into the style but lacks some of the fun of a true Belgian Quad. Hagger Blend 1019 Blue is part of their ongoing Hagger series. All Hagger beers from Brauhaus Bevog are barleywines. Martin and Stefan tried Blend 1019 Pink back in 2020. We quite liked it. It's fun to pick up the second one four years later. It holds up really well and shows no signs of aging. Quite the fun surprise!
