Today’s West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy Podcast for our especially special Daily Special, Metro Shrimp & Grits Thursdays is now available on the Spreaker Player!
Starting off in the Bistro Cafe, even Fox News had to fact-check Trump for lying about the terror attack in New Orleans.
Then, on the rest of the menu, New York City jail staff blocked medics from treating a 23-year-old Black woman who later died of scarlet fever; Giuliani is whining he has to give up his Yankees World Series rings for his $148 million defamation verdict; and, a federal judge granted bond to a Virginia man who used pictures of Biden for target practice, called for “the return of political assassinations,” and was arrested after the “largest seizure of homemade explosives in FBI history.”
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where tens of thousands marched in Bangladesh calling for the ousted prime minister’s prosecution and extradition from India; and, German prosecutors charged three men with spying on US military bases for Russia and plotting attacks on American personnel in retaliation for Western support of Ukraine.
All that and more, on West Coast Cookbook & Speakeasy with Chef de Cuisine Justice Putnam.
