Karla Rivera is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, change management, and leadership. Currently, she serves as the Head of Customer Experience Global Enterprise Segment at Cisco Systems Inc. Karla has led high-performing sales teams contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. She is the CEO of American Tactical Defense LLC, focusing on workplace violence mitigation.
Karla is also heavily focused on building the industry's most diverse and talented teams as an Inclusion and Communities Board Leader and Executive Sponsor, leading both Cisco for Christ and Women of Cisco Americas, Cisco’s largest Employee Resource Group (ERG).
