In episode 91 of Web3 Warriors, Krome takes a look at the state of web3 in 2024 and covers the NFT Market, Metaverse and mainstream adoption of Tokenization.
The presentation covers Solana's rise in the NFT space, Bitcoin Ordinals/ Inscriptions, ETH Layer 2s and the possibility of recapturing the hype from 2021/2022 in a potential bull-run. When looking at the metaverse, the question becomes "What is the practical way to draw more people into the 3D space?" We plan to answer this by blending metaverse experiences with real-world experiences, for educational and entertainment purposes.
The episode also covers the subject of Tokenization, including a CNBC interview of Blackrock CEO, Larry Fink, sharing the growing industry perspective that tokenization is an important part of the future economy. How will decentralized crypto-backed tokenization compete against centralized general ledgers that may be promoted by major players?
