Good morning, Baltimore! Let's dive into today's weather forecast that's sure to keep you on your toes.
We're looking at a chilly day with some winter attitude. Scattered flurries will be making a fashionably late appearance after 4 p.m., so don't be surprised if you see some snowflakes dancing around. Temperatures will be hanging around a crisp 33 degrees Fahrenheit, with west winds blowing between 9 to 13 miles per hour and gusts that might just give you a quick chill up to 26 miles per hour.
Tonight, expect those scattered flurries to play peek-a-boo before 9 p.m. The sky will start mostly cloudy but will gradually clear out, dropping temperatures down to a nippy 22 degrees Fahrenheit. Those northwest winds will kick up to 13 to 18 miles per hour, with gusts potentially reaching 30 miles per hour.
Wednesday brings us some sunshine with a high near 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Northwest winds will continue their breezy performance at 14 to 17 miles per hour, with gusts up to 32 miles per hour.
As we move through the week, we'll see a mix of partly sunny and sunny days, with temperatures hovering around the mid-30s. Saturday is looking like our wet wildcard, with a 70 percent chance of rain and temperatures reaching 46 degrees Fahrenheit.
The weekend might throw in a sprinkle of snow excitement, with a 30 percent chance of snow on Sunday and Martin Luther King Day.
