Self-abandonment often begins as a survival mechanism, helping us adapt to early environments, but as adults, it can hold us back from living in alignment with our true desires, values, and purpose. We’ll discuss the ways we abandon our own needs, emotions, and boundaries in exchange for external approval or to avoid conflict – and how these patterns are impacting our lives today.
Signs You Might Be Abandoning Yourself
From neglecting self-care to people-pleasing, overworking, or struggling with boundaries, self-abandonment manifests in many ways. I'll share a checklist to help you identify if and where these patterns are showing up in your life.

Together, we’ll use voice as a tool to embody the self you’re meant to be, bringing yourself back into resonance with your soul’s purpose.
