During COVID many Communications Centers had to adapt to different kinds of logistical methods to provide continuous 911 dispatching in a safe environment. Our special guest today, Daniel discusses how his Agency not only figured out how to successfully allow remote answering of 911 calls, but how it benefits his center’s staffing. His story is amazing and could possibly be the future of dispatch.
