Time Commitment - Hours of education, reading blogs, watching videos, networking, analyzing deals, walking properties

Money Commitments - Have you thought about the amount you have to finance your dream. What can you set aside weekly/monthly to finance your dreams.

Discipline of Doing - Are you willing to do what you don’t want to do when you don’t want to do it. Instead of watching NFL all day on Sunday what can you do differently to capture that time.

Are you humble enough to say what you don’t know and willing to do what need to be done. Find a mentor

Have you clearly identified what drives you? Why are you doing this

Consistency - your too caught up in what’s next instead of focusing on what’s now. What can I do right now to change things, with the amount of money I have now, with the amount of time I have, with the circle that I have now

You can’t change the people around you but you can change the people around you
