Our biggest show yet, we start with some banter around a morning workout, pain, and why the echo bike should be used more in the collegiate setting. That conversation leaks into talking about what things we did at Iowa that in hindsight were really dumb, and did not transfer to the football field. We answer a listener question around recovery metrics and how players track their recovery, and the implications on the process of their daily routine with self reporting. Then we discuss what the line is on tracking an athletes life away from the facility/field and how that affects the team and that players mindsight within the program. We finish on the topic of needing to do hard things, and be faced with challenges during the day to day so that when Games or Life are hard, you are prepared.
