Yeezys, Air Jordans, and other trendy sneaker brands are making a strong case to be a part of investors' portfolios. The emergence of companies such as StockX is pushing up the value of sneakers in the resale market and major footwear players including Nike and Adidas are benefiting from the cultural buzz and increased shelf-life of their products.
