Voice Nelson is a group of concerned citizens, aiming to provide a voice for some of those who don't have one. Increasingly their focus is on housing, including housing for mental health clients, refugees, the aged and the lack of emergency housing. Also concerning Voice Nelson is 85 percent of Nelson rentals being in private hands and of poor quality, the Housing Accord and special housing areas etc. The host, Mary Ellen O'Connor will be joined in studio by some of the people affected by the housing crisis.
