Adele Stickland, mum of three, is the founder of Get Gorgeous, an online platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering women to have great health. While working in an ambitious and stressful full-time job, Adele juggled keeping herself safe and nurtured while caring for her family. After a decade of infertility, she crashed out and pursued her passion in health and Pilates. She has educated hundreds of women on the role of nutrition, movement and having a healthy mindset. She has worked in the health industry for 20 years.
