The coffee service industry has undergone quite a test of resilience since the start of the pandemic, not helped in the last year by the slow return of workers to the office. There was a clear sense of cautious optimism on display at the 2023 Coffee, Tea and Water Show (CTW) in Indianapolis – a sense that 2024 could be the start of better times ahead.
