Professor Voigt says, “It’s my strengths against your weaknesses.” He finds that good business strategies are rare and that companies can trick themselves into believing they have one. In this conversation, Business Class looks at how to separate goals - from strategy and whose job it is to implement a strategy. Carl Voigt is a Professor of Clinical Management at the USC Marshall School of Business and the Academic Director of the USC IBEAR MBA Program.
