Self-image is like a mirror reflecting our perceptions about ourselves. From physical appearance, emotional stability, intelligence, and even professional performance and value, what we believe about ourselves matters. As WTF women, it is within our power to do something about it. Today I'm exploring four things that impact our understanding of ourselves.
