What comes to your mind when you hear the word or phrase “fasting.” Maybe your like me and immediately think about the new diet fads that have embraced the science of fasting, or maybe your mind just went straight to, “no food! AHH!” When you read the Bible, you will discover there is a spiritual discipline that we find throughout scripture. Yes, it’s fasting. Fasting is almost aways partnered with praying. Today, Senior Pastor, Heath Bauer will give us the biblical code to fasting and why we should do it.
