What have been your experiences regarding expectations for lesson plans? Ashley: Reasonable expectations that allow for thoughtful lessons, but not overwhelming on details Joelle: Detailed plans allow for deeper thinking, and not necessary to look at again after that reflective process Erin: Good mix between basic requirements and extremely detailed What do you need to do for lesson plans personally?
