Youtube Version: This podcast was about a lot of different things, but I wanted to talk about is User Testing vs Usability Testing and why it's important. I believe that it's important to know the difference between the two because it helps shape your perspective and your goals. Going into a stakeholder meeting not knowing what you are talking about can be dangerous. It creates false expectations and misleading information. UX Design has a lot of moving parts, and the design part is something that I've mastered over the years. Since I've masted that part, my focus is more on the UX Strategy and business side of UX Design. With that said I hope you enjoy my stories. Like I always say!
