In this episode, Kim talks about her hatred of traffic circles, and Jen attempts to debunk the efficacy of deer whistles.
They discuss all the types of parents teachers deal with. Helicopter parents incessantly hover. Lawnmower parents clear the way for their children so they never need to problem-solve. Kim created the Wack a Mole parent who pops up out of nowhere and then disappears, only to pop up again months later to wreak havoc. Why do parents do this, and how can we work with them before we lose our sanity?
