Human Design is not a quick fix, it is a process. It's really important to trust that process because it's so easy in this information day and age to just jump on your laptop or your phone, type into Google a question that you have and you get an immediate response and that satisfies our questions, right?

But with Human Design, it's a lot about contemplation and it's a lot about an awareness process in a way. And to trust that process that takes bravery. It takes courage to trust something that you don't know.

Are you ready to let go of the control and let life come to you?

Slowing down, especially as a slowmad instead fast travel as a digital nomad can help you in your deconditioning process. In this episode I share a bit of my own deconditioning process and how travel helped me to listen to my gut feeling.

Do you have a question about Human Design? As a sacral 5/1 Generator I love to respond to question. Or perhaps you just want to give a shout out about an episode? Get your voice heard on my podcast! You can send me a voice note via: https://www.speakpipe.com/palmtreemoments
