CT gets to sit down with Daniel Cote-Ryshpan, one of the partners of ERB Legal LLP and discuss the benefits of hiring a paralegal, especially in the areas of Self-File legal areas like Civil litigation (suing someone), family court, Wills and Estate matters, and Immigration. CT and Daniel discuss how Paralegals can either take on the legal representation in Ontario, some US States and soon British Colombia, or point out to clients when it's critical to have a lawyer represent parties.
Daniel dives into contract law, and brings up the experiences of previous generations at the turn of the 20ths century in comparison to our modern lives today in the 21st century. Daniel discusses how arbitration and forms of mediation existed before, and points to the benefit of going back into private mediation again.
