What does it take to build a good relationship? What does a good partner look like?
Relationships are amongst the most important things that we will develop in our lives. Be it with a boss, a teammate or a significant other, relationships are all around us.
In this episode, Darragh and Ciarán go into what it takes to be a good partner to someone, and what they think are non-negotiable characteristics in a relationship.
One major takeaway being trust, and Ciarán gives us a run down of how he sees trust with an the anecdote: BRAVING.
