When we get started in fitness all to often we lack in balance. Building a healthy lifestyle is also building a balanced lifestyle. Some people fall in love with yoga or running, other cardio exercises or weightlifting. While all these things can be good in balance it is important we allow them to have there proper place. What good is flexibility if you haven’t worked on building lean muscle? What good is being able to run 3 miles if your in pain because you lack flexibility or don’t focus on other areas of fitness? What good is it being able to lift 400 pounds if you get winded climbing a few flights of stairs? Balance it key in having a fit and healthy life! In this Episode I will be talking about those things along with sharing a little bit about my journey when I got started in fitness.
