Welcome to Thirsty Thursdays @3PM EST! My name is Jessie Ott, the Host of this Podcast which is all about Beverage Innovation. I talk with Innovation Pioneers from Agriculture to Glass.
This week, I’m speaking with Chris Scott of ThirtyFifty for part two of our podcast. We get into AI, and deep dive into being a student of WSET exams as well as how to become an Approved Program Provider to teach the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. (WSET) level classes🍷
We also discuss the loads of materials he has created for his students of ThirtyFifty available online. He has fine-tuned this process so much that they know how many hours you need to study 📖 in order to pass or they pay for the next exam!📝
We swing into low and no and I discovered the UK and EU do not classify a non-alc wine as a wine at all. It’s named by the varietal. This allows more freedom to use various ingredients to replace “the hole” left when the alcohol is removed. He isn’t too keen on the quality now but is excited to see what happens in the next year or so.
