For the first time in a long time, we have no guest today as we will now be providing episodes of the main show in a biweekly basis. Going forward, expect a episode with a guest at the end of the month, and a more relaxed episode mid-way through the month!

As it is Mental Health week, we sit down to talk about the importance of looking after our mental health, our experiences and things we've learnt. We'd also like to point out, we are in no way mental health professionals, we just wanted to share our experiences. If you guys are struggling, do please feel free to reach out to us.
