In this episode, I recreate Thomas Gonnet's pitch deck creating a hypothetical SMMA from scratch. I create a random lead generation agency from scratch with med spas as my niche. As I go through this business plan, I utilize ad creatives from Gonnet's sales call and show an exact timeline and plan in which you can scale an agency. Keep in mind: I would never use this in an actual sales call. I am only using this as an example for this episode to show you in detail how the business plan works and explain to you the skills necessary to be successful in the industry. After the first 7 minutes, I go in depth with how to accumulate funding, provide a SWOT analysis, the organizational structure and how to timeline your onboarding all in the CONVERSATION STYLE OF PITCHING A NEW BUSINESS TO YOU.
