Likeability is one of the most essential skills we should develop.

Likeability is so important that some actually believe that your happiness and success is directly proportional to your likeability. Research has also shown that not only does likability matters but likeable people succeed more than unlikable people.

One major reason for this is that most of the opportunities come through other people, and people give opportunities to the people they like. In relationships, someone has to like you before they can love you. Anywhere in life, if people like you, they are more willing to help.

Being likable does not mean being a wimp or being a people pleaser, it doesn't mean being fake or being a follower with no opinions.

You can be liked liked without having to sacrifice your principles, independence or uniqueness.

In this episode, I share with you:

  • The importance and benefits of being liked
  • Why everyone may NOT Like you.
  • The most important groups of people that SHOULD like you and why
  • Tips to becoming a more likable person
