Joseph Mastrangelo AKA (Joe Mas) is a Motivational speaker and Inspirational writer. Born to a fun loving, and supportive family.

Joe had to deal with the loss of loved ones at a very young age. Without the proper tools to deal with deep emotional, mental, and spiritual pain, he turned to external sources to try and gain some inner peace; drugs, alcohol, women, money, etc. No matter how many accomplishments and praise he received, he was never good enough to the person that mattered most...himself. Which left him with a deteriorated self-image and heroin addiction. He was hopeless, helpless, and suicidal. On June 24th, 2016, he shot enough heroin to kill himself. Unsuccessful in his attempt, he woke up the next morning with a choice...change or suffer, he chose to change through a power greater than himself. From working a 12-step recovery program and his unconditional love and trust in God, Joe has learned to love himself and find his purpose, in love and service to others.

Books recommended:

  1. You can't afford the luxury of a negative thought by Peter McWilliams.
  2. The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield
  3. Psycho-cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz
