In this week’s podcast I’m chatting about time management, covering both practical and mindset aspects. The importance of mindset in time management is vital, as it can free up mental space, reduce stress & drama.

If you struggle with feeling overwhelmed by your to-do lists, which can lead to unproductive activities like scrolling on social media or watching Netflix, then this is the episode for you.

In this episode I’m giving you a step-by-step process for planning and scheduling tasks, along with the mind set skills so that you follow your calendar & overcoming your brain when it wants to scroll, eat all the food & basically do anything except the task that you need to do.
