In the chaos of life, from juggling multiple interests to maintaining a healthy balance between my goals and reality,
it can all take its toll on one's mind, body and soul.
In light of a hectic few months between an abusive roommate, to a hectic work schedule and a last minute move, I have had to deal with a lot and in this episode I share my steps in taking more regular mental health days.
Giving me the time and necessary downtime and rest that my mental health requires.
