Building a winning team requires employees who actually want to win. Simple, right? So why do so many leaders feel frustrated with a lack of motivation or drive within their teams? After more than 20 years of interviewing, hiring, and even firing employees, I’ve found that there are two types of employees in every organization. In this episode, I’ll break down the difference between the two and explain why teams that want to win will always reflect the mindset of their leadership.
I’m Devon Dickinson. I've been married for 25 years and have a family of 6. I've founded, bought, sold, and sometimes failed with 10 different companies.
