Charlie joined this great company, Aktuel Translations, straight from academia, as a translator and across the last 12 years he has risen to become the Managing Director of a business boasting over 100 professional translators.
This is no small feat and when you watch the video you will see why. Charlie is a broad, deep thinking, professional in his sector.
The business is an Employee owned Trust which is a fascinating concept, that allows the team to own the company and purchase it from the original founder whom is now a Level 3 Business Owner.
