He has since started building and renting interesting and unique spaces such as Cabins and Treehouse Rentals, which he considers to be the future of Short Term Rentals/Airbnb.

• Airbnb/Vacation Rentals has gone to the “Unique Stay” space, leaning hard into something “Instagrammable” and exciting.

• If you can make it work in this interest rate environment— you can make it work anywhere. “Survive to ‘25”.
