Well, that didn't take long. It's not even a full month into the season, and the Tigers have already dropped two series in a row, which makes for some un-fun baseball. But there have been plenty of good things to focus on along the way, and Rob Rogacki and HookSlide discuss both the good and the bad in the last week of Tigers baseball. The good? The bullpen has been fantastic, and Justin Wilson continues to dazzle us with his relief appearances. Jordan Zimmermann has a scoreless innings streak that is fast approaching a franchise record. Jarrod Saltalamacchia has been destroying baseballs and making us not miss James McCann quite as much. The bad? Miguel Cabrera has been cold. Justin Upton can't stop striking out. K-Rod is a hot mess. The baserunning still flat-out sucks. Thankfully, the tough schedule is over, and the Tigers get to start tackling the likes of the Indians, the A's, and the Twins. Let's hope for better than .500 baseball next week. Topics in this week's episode include: Is Jarrod Saltalamacchia making a run at the starting catcher position?Mike Pelfrey ... ughHow long can Jordan Zimmermann keep this scoreless innings streak going? No, you shouldn't be worried about Miguel CabreraJustin Upton is about to hit his "hot streak"Which Tigers would you put on U.S. currency?Listener questionsWhen you have to turn off the radio 1:49 - Rounding the Bases: records were made to be broken 39:31 - Warming in the Pen: time to do some mashing 1:01:29 - High and Tight: the Tigers’ farm system is the place to party! 1:08:58 - Into the Mob Scene at Home: K-Rod, Upton, and Farmer, OH MY! 1:31:15 - 7th Inning Kvetch: the time I turned off the radio
