This week, I look at Maine's legislature voting to join the Interstate National Popular Vote Compact, a confederacy of states committed to ensuring that the president that wins the popular vote wins the electoral college. Even if the voters in the participating state voted for the other candidate. Also, I look at how Joe Biden might not be on the Ohio general election ballot, and a plot to commit immigration fraud goes sideways.
