Golden Rule Mead shatters the preconceived notion of mead being a Viking alcohol meant to be drank out of a horn. Fermented with local ingredients and sugar-free, Alexandre's meads prove how much variety this alcohol can have. In this interview, he talks about living above the meadery and the origin of his distinctive bottles.
