Hey Everyone! In this episode, I talk about how we as humans were put on this Earth to feel all the feelings instead of avoiding them. I think we live in a world that tells us we are only allowed to feel the GOOD feelings and that if we feel the bad ones, we are weak. My belief is that our only job is to just feel because that is why we are here. Life can be a chaotic and sad place, and we are allowed to feel lost at times. I give you permission to do nothing else other than FEEL. Whatever it is you are feeling, allow it.
