TRIGGER WARNING: One in three women has suffered from gender-based violence in their lifetime around the world and the average age of entry into the sex trade globally is 9 years old and 12 years old in the US. She shares her journey as a UN delegate, her views on sex work and sexual reclamation, and how we can access our hearts to create a path for healing within ourselves especially for victims of gender-based violence.
Sheva Carr is the Director of HeartMath’s HeartMastery Program, the CEO of Fyera! / Heart Ambassadors, and the founding Executive Director of the Fyera Foundation and Sunflower SunPower Kids. Sheva was a delegate for the UN Peace Messenger Organization called Pathways to Peace and at the time she founded a branch within her own non-profit for contributing to the efforts to stop the sex trafficking of woman and girl children called Operation Big Sister.
