If you've ever been frustrated because you go about planning your life and goals, only to find you've missed the deadline, you want to listen in for a method that is easy to follow and flows with how you think. We know so much more about our brain and the mind, and it's changing our approach to behavior change. After all, what is a goal, but a decision you make to change a behavior for the better. So many times I asked myself why I was so good at accomplishing certain things, but following the process of goal setting often led to failure. As a trainer and coach, I needed the answer so I could increase the chances for success. In this episode, I share with you a simple strategy to change how you approach goal setting. It is the first step towards improving how you change behavior to achieve what you want. It has changed my own life in ways I didn't imagine.
