Richard Hendrix joined The Sports Rabbi Josh Halickman as the former Maccabi Tel Aviv forward took a look back at the last couple of times the Yellow & Blue faced Panathinaikos in the 2011 Euroleague Final as well as the 2012 quarterfinal series that went five games but ultimately saw the Israeli side lose both. Hendrix took us on a trip down memory lane as we relived some of the highs and lows of those encounters in what were absolutely unforgettable games a little more than a decade ago. We also talk about Hendrix’s current endeavors with the SEC Network and his alma mater Alabama that featured in the NCAA Final Four for the first time in school history.
Join us for an incredible ride and some terrific story telling as we kick off the next chapter of Maccabi Tel Aviv and Panathinaikos which will no doubt go down as another great series in the history books!
