Welcome to this cosmic meditation.
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, holding it for a moment, and then exhale slowly through your mouth.
Take two more breaths.
Inhale…
Exhale….
Allow your body to relax with each breath, releasing tension from your shoulders, neck, arms, legs, and back.
One more breath.
Air in…
Air out….
Feel yourself becoming lighter with every exhalation.
Now imagine yourself surrounded by a soft glow of light—a protective cocoon that will guide you safely on this journey.
This light is warm and comforting, connecting you to the universe around you.
As you breathe in deeply again, feel this light expanding outward from your body into the infinite space beyond.
