Today Patty is talking to us about how to navigate those times in life when we feel lost or disconnected. We all experience times when we may feel lost or abandoned, questioning our purpose. At times it can feel as though we are disconnected from everything. If you feel this way, please know you are not alone.

Patty explains how she has dealt with this in her life. She found herself wondering if she was disconnected from the Divine and felt a real loss of inspiration. When we go through times of loss, our fear brain starts working overtime and fires up the ego. Patty shares why this happens, and how you can recognize it when it shows up.

Patty shares three things you can do when you feel lost, when you are walking through your own version of the desert.

● Turn towards spirit, the divine, your own soul, or your spirit guides and do things

that will sustain you spiritually. Keep connecting and communicating how you

feel.

● Take inspired action and keep on putting one foot in front of the other even if it

feels small or insignificant. A step forward is an action of faith.

● Rest. Take the pressure off; give yourself permission to hit pause as many times

as you need to.

If you’re going through your own desert, know that this is a time for you to learn and reconnect. Go through what you need to do while you’re there and take encouragement

in the reminder that others have gone through this, and so can you.
