Geoff shares with us his experiences during lockdown being in the construction trade and how he had to quickly adapt his business for both his staff and clients.
3 things we learnt: during this time, rotating and staggering staff in and out of the office has been hugely advantageous, how using your spare time to give back in your community can be immensely rewarding and how all industries should focus on mental health for their employees.
