Today Claire is in conversation with Angi Doy, she's a well-known business coach who helps the business owner community is striking a balance between their life and work, managing their lifestyle and exploring new ideas to help them grow.

Apart from being a business coach Angi has run a small business, a country pub in Norfolk and runs a health and wellness business. She's spent numerous years advising businesses in her corporate roles. She's also spent many years with the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, also with Business Link, the Training & Enterprise Council and the East of England Investment Agency. It all tots up to 30 years experience of in advising businesses.
