If you want to scale your business, there’s one step you cannot afford to skip - and it’s this:

You have to start by nailing down your Strategic Vision.

This is a non-negotiable… because if you want to scale, you need to know where you’re going.

If you don’t know your vision - or you have the WRONG vision - it’s like getting into a car without a destination. You’re going to work and work and still not go much of anywhere, because you can’t go somewhere if you don’t know where “where” is!

On the other hand, when you have the right vision…
