Nowadays, we all try to find remedies and herbs to help us cope with reoccurring issues with our physical and mental health. If you want to find natural remedies that helps eliminate health restrictions and improve your body functionality, you need to hear from our special guest Nairobi Vision.
As a Registered Clinical Herbalist (RH) with the Ontario Herbalists Association (OHA) and the founder of Elemental Notes Inc., Nairobi Vision, RH brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the holistic health sector. Nairobi holds a Diploma in Herbal Medicine.
This conversation has many touching points, including Nairobi's beginnings as a herbalist (in which she didn't choose to go in this direction), and the importance of breath work to cleanse our toxins and be in control of what we do.
